Great place!! Great breakfast. Like REAL EGGS & SAUAGE. Great coffee, too. Too bad more hotels don't serve a decent breakfast like these people do. Didn't try the coffee in the room but the coffee down stairs was great. Clean place and well run. I hope I never have to make this drive again but I'll look for a Country In like this one.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The business center with a computer and printer was a huge plus for me, needing to print several documents while on the road. Indoor pool and hot tub open 10am to midnight. Hotel is very close to many restaurants and shops; a stone's throw from the convention center and casino as well. Guest laundry is only $1.50 per wash/dry load and they have quarters available for purchase at the front desk to use in the machines - the dryer needs maintenance (cleaning out the vent), as it took three runs through the dryer to sufficiently dry my small load of laundry. This hotel is an excellent value for your money!

The room was clean and comfortable, basic amenities inside including a mini fridge and microwave. No bugs or pests, we were very content with our stay. The breakfast served each morning tasted good and you could make your own waffles. We had fun at the pool, it was very clean, along with the hot tub which was relaxing and a good depth. Really enjoyed our stay.

Right next to mid america center .. walking distance. Good food. Cute room! Had a door to the bedroom with TV room to close off from the living room area with a couch, chair with Ottoman, desk, dresser, and I'll another t.v. microwave and mini fridge.

I had a great experience staying at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Council Bluffs, IA. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which immediately gave a good first impression. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right during my stay. Check-in and check-out were both fast and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. My King bed room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet — perfect for getting a good night’s rest. The bed itself was excellent, and the room had everything I needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of lighting. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options, and the dining area was clean and inviting. The location was also convenient — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the interstate, but still quiet and relaxed. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the property in great condition and providing a welcoming experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Council Bluffs or Omaha area.

Great place to stay. Would have been hard to find w/o navigation. Located amongst eating places and gas/convenience. A fabulous clean and tasty breakfast. We'll be back.

I typically don't write reviews, but this Country Inn was so impressive that people should consider this as a go-to hotel when in the area. I was in town for a WSOP poker event at the Horseshoe Casino which is literally right across the street! I arrived early (around noon) due to a flight change Friday, September 5th, and the kind, helpful woman working the front desk was more than accommodating letting me check-in early to get settled. The lobby was clean, and they have complimentary coffee and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the lobby after breakfast is served. The room was super clean, quiet, plenty of towels. The shower had HOT water and GREAT water pressure. Are there minor cosmetic flaws, sure...just like any hotel room is bound to have, but this hotel blew away the expectations. The proximity to Horseshow was even better. The free breakfast was great. The employees did a great job continually cleaning the dining room. Every staff person I interacted with was really friendly. I will continue to recommend this location to other poker players, and will stay there each time I am in Council Bluffs. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a two-room suite with a king size bed. It was a great staycation in a perfect location. Right across the street from the horseshoe casino in council bluffs, Iowa. It was a perfect weekend getaway. The staff at this hotel were fantastic. We had breakfast every morning which was part of that room as was free breakfast for every guest and it was excellent. It always included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage and french toast sticks along with fruits, yogurts assorted flavors. Toast, bagels and muffins and coffee and assorted juices and milk. Everyday the food is perfect. Always hot and plentiful.
